This car handles so incredibly well, and at the right rpm it's actually not that bad performance-wise. Even with an extra set of wheels in the trunk.
I do however feel that torque-dip everyone is talking about.
The only planned mods for the engine will be OFH, OFT and a drop-in filter.
Weight saving is next. Removing the spare tire and replacing the stock header with the lighter OFH will shave off quite a few kg's. Next thing on the kg/money-scale is a lighweight battery. I am putting together a LiFePo4/supercap-hybrid which will weight under 4kgs and cost around 150usd.
So: Header, filter, tune, lightweight-battery. Whats next on the bang/buck-list?
