There's really no good way without bringing them inside. Unless you have powered heating blankets, or a couple tauntauns you could sacrifice.

I have another set of wheels and tires I could bolt on inside the car. So I could bring them inside. The problem is doing that would take just as much time as waking up to put heat into the system by driving it hard.
