The 75W85 is the recommended fluid, with 75W90 as an acceptable alternative (by the manual). 75W85 is a bit thinner than 75W90. Either one will be fine. You're in Texas, so I would probably go with the 90. If you plan on tracking the car in the heat, it probably wouldn't hurt to step up to the 75W110 as @
wrh3 has done.
