I only had a Turbonetics single turbo install under my belt and that was like 12 years ago. I received a lot of help from @kingtut during that install. I've learned a lot since then so I felt confident going into my v3 SC installation.

I would say if you are decent with cars and detail oriented you will be able to complete this install with little to no problems.

Check out my build thread... there are probably a number of things I covered that may aid you in your install. Here is the link HKS v3 supercharger provisions & install This link will include provisions that have to be completed before installing the SC... some of which you seem to be concerned about.

Also, this is a given but make sure you have the right tools... don't try shortcuts with tools not proper to the task. You asked about a dremel... the dremel will work on the boss that has to be trimmed but not the alternator bracket... you'll need a die grinder with a 3 or 4" cutting wheel. I placed my alternator bracket in a vice... I would definitely suggest you use a vise as well.

Since you will have so many parts removed for this install, I would change your spark plugs by releasing one motor mount at a time and jacking up the motor... I have detailed my spark plugs installation here HKS Spark Plugs Install

I hope your installation goes well. Just make sure you stay detailed oriented throughout and don't overlook any steps... especially vital ones. The most nerve racking part is obviously the initial startup. If all goes well it will be the sweetest sound you ever heard... until the next one... lol
