Your pictures don't show up for me.

I would suggest that you clean up the area that is seeping oil and observe where it starts to reappear.

As far as a DIY removal and reseal of the timing chain cover, I figure that would be a really BIG DIY job you may wish not to take on.

I hope you get it sorted out.
