If you had a vacuum leak big enough to cause +20% fuel trims, your car would be idling high in neutral / park.

You 100% sure there are no leaks on the intake after the MAF? MAF screwed in securely? All couplers on the intake tight? Are you running stock or an aftermarket intake? The OFT maps are tuned for OEM intakes, so if you are running an aftermarket intake, that is your issue. In that case, get a custom tune done as recommended above.
