I want to clarify OP's statements as they're a bit confusing currently. Benlaz88, could you please clarify if the below statements are all true?

1) The noise exists with the car out of gear, clutch depressed?
2) What happens with car out of gear, clutch not depressed?
3) The noise goes away when the car goes into gear, clutch depressed?

That is not a good sound and something I can honestly say I have not heard before.

Thanks,
Eric
1) Noise does not exists when car out of gear. No hissing sound when clutch depress until trying putting into gear. When gear is block, i put back into neutral the hissing sound stop.

2) No hissing sound when car out of gear and clutch not depress.

3) This is the weird part, When i able to get into 5th, the sound still exists but than i put it back to neutral and clutch still depressed, the hissing sound is gone. Gear goes it smoothly after that.

Here a scenario i have noticed. When i able to get into reverse, i have a time hard time to put back in neutral. Again it felt like something is blocking me. After work my way out of the gear, it wont let me put back into 1st gear right away. I have released my clutch and depress back and try to get into 5th gear. When i able get into 5th gear, i put it back into neutral, hissing stop than 1st gear goes in smoothly.

When also noticed that the longer i drive the easier the gear goes in. Until the car cool down, the situation happen again. There is no shifting problem when car is moving.

I am still thinking it the clutch causes all this issues.

Again, i am really appreciated everyone who trying to help me figure this out.
