As a sidebar,,, recently bought a 2016 Corvette with the Z51 package. There's a dial on the console to change the settings of the exhaust ( and other this as well) as you go from touring to sport or track. It's pretty slick.

Why keep both cars? The Z51 is better in every way but fuel economy and carrying passengers.
