I do have an oil cooler but stock radiator. Monitored temps with torque: oil temps peaked at about 235F and coolant around 225F. Didn't pay attention it IATs though.

Not yet. I've heard from other locals that they don't hold up around here. We're planning on putting our on later this month (finally), and I'll be stuffing it full of thermocouples and logging a bunch of data.
We plan on making this car competitive in NASA ST2, which means long sessions in the summer at race pace.
