Do I need a new bumper? Any aftermarket ways to make it look better?

I know I could replace the bezel and make it look 100X better but I'm also throwing around the idea of adding fog lights.

I can't decide.

Btw since I'm sure everyone's curious that's how I got it back from my ex after our divorce about a year and a half ago lol. I just bought a house and paid off the car so I figured I can start working on the car now. Yes I've been riding around like that for a while now. Priorities.
