I have Wawanesa and they have pretty good customer service. I have made 2 claims with them in total after I was involved in accidents and they were resolved quickly. I am not sure whether or not being at fault would affect that speed though (I wasn't at fault for either of the claims). you can also take the car to any repair shop and don't need to use "approved" ones.
