connect the card to your computer and format it to fat32. it is recommended to use FAT32 for 64GB+ cards in dashcams. you will need a program to format it though, I personally use GUIformat -

I believe the blackvue formats cards in exfat and although it works for cards 32GB and under, it doesn't work well with higher memory cards
