I don't think it does. At least from what I'm reading from the product page - "Easy to install and supplied with Cosworth engineered ECU calibrations*" followed by (below the graph) " * Power Package ECU calibrations are supplied in Stage 1.x upgrades."

Although, I could be wrong. @Matt@Cosworth - can you clarify?
