I got this set pretty nicely now. I just set my fader to favor the door speakers a few notches more than the dash speakers and it blends well.

I agree, the S2000 stock speakers were terrible. I drove a 2000 S2000 for 7 years. The speakers are one of the first things I replaced, as well as the radio. I will give credit to Honda though, at least they gave radio control on the dash. I really wish the BRZ had steering wheel controls.
