I don't really count, but I assume 60-80 runs on my 225 45 17's....I've not yet needed to flip tires on this car for any set of tires I've gone through yet. Very minimal sidewall wear if you rotate tires front to rear often enough, and they always wear flat across the tread for me.
The 22mm Perrin is adjustable, and I ran mine on soft.
