Again, there's not a whole lot of metal to roll. If you went to the taller tire, I'd be more worried about meeting something hard in the fender well and not the fender itself. Keep in mind that the taller tire will screw up the speedo reading too.
Maybe other people have pulled that tire size off, but I've not seen it posted anywhere.
