You can. Just gotta see what exactly you're trying to cheap and do some research on what will work best for your application.
At least now you know that you have a way to get what you're looking for. Coilovers to lower the car; just not too much. Front LCAs to widen your front track and fill up the Todoroki fenders, without affecting wheel offset.
You could realistically just buy some 18x9.5 +38 wheels with 255s or 265s and call it a day at that point. No need for spacers or anything like that. Just need the coilovers and arms to adjust the alignment, accordingly.
