You should probably get thge fueling sorted before knock.

If you have a look at your ltft its pretty high in places , best if its below 5% everywhere, at idle it may vary a bit more with large temp changes. Then look at your commanded AFR vsAFR its out about 10% in places above 3v maf, ie your running leaner than what the ecu is asking for. You would probably benifit from some maf scaling both open and closed loop. See the links below ,also you may be better stating off with one of @Wayno s example maps for A01G and try his maf scales it might save you a bit of time links are in his signiture
