first of all, try moving your oil cooler to a spot that has more airflow. I would assume behind the foglight will have minimal airflow; try centering it in your front grill and see what temperatures you get. I have the JR oil cooler and I struggle to get past 210F when under hard load either in canyon runs or just some street pulls. I am waiting until my next track day in May to see what temps I get.
