I got lightweight flywheel with clutch and idle has dropped to ~700rpm and drops slightly more when using a/c and rear defroster. Just trying to raise it a tiny bit to compensate rpm to stock rpm.

Hmm... I think there may be more compensation than just the idle tables for when a/c kicks on or a high power draw @
steve99 would probably know, Try the tables regardless it doesn't hurt.
