25 years of driving, and I've only driven an auto once and didn't like it very much. But I still struggled with this car. Thanks to the high bite point (better when you adjust it), lack of clutch feel and the way the throttle pedal seems to go from 0 to 90% in 1/2 inch of travel it's the most difficult manual car I've driven and the first few weeks I was kangarooing out of junctions like a learner.

Not that I plan to move to the UK but what part would cause a failure? Lack of use of the hand brake?
