EdiVip. Have a look on the below link. These are the approved tire widths by our authorities for different wheels. They are conservative and if you scroll down to 19" you'll see it says the 255/30/19 are suitable for 8.5" to 9.5" wheels in the 19" size

These are guidelines for our country but as mentioned they are conservative as are the government approved combinations.
