Everything you said regarding STFT I agree with. However the car shouldn't be undergoing tuning or hitting boost with this significant of a fueling correction immediately at startup. This is something the tuner should have had OP fix day 1 before tuning the car.

Black is rear O2. If long term fuel trim correction is not disabled in the tune then that could definitely be the problem. However if LTFT correction is disabled in EcuTek (set min/max to 0), then the rear O2 being unplugged should be fine. OP will need to verify regarding that.

Really strange stuff happening in OP's closed loop to open loop transition.
