Adjust the parking brake shoes manually. It's pretty easy...just takes some time. The OEM rotors have a hole with a rubber plug in it on the hub face of the rotor. Do the aftermarket ones? If they do, you can adjust with the rotor (and some cases, the wheel) on. If not, you'll have to pull the rotor to do it (I prefer it this way). If you can change the rotors yourself, this will be no sweat.
