It's ok - that's normal and designed to do that...it's the pillowball mount.

*EDIT*

Just to clarify - what @HATED1 said isn't wrong - the camber plates are moving around the pillowball - which is a spherical bearing - allowing you to adjust the camber. (picture this: camber plate is attached to strut tower and doesn't move or tilt, when camber is changed the strut tilts and pivots around the pillowball mount/bearing)
