wow - that is awesome! so it is open much of the time, and if you and friends feel like going, you can just show up and drive? definitely not the case in the states. a full day will be 200 $US minimum.
do you have rules about passing to try and keep things safer - like no pass unless someone points you by, passing must be on a straight, etc?
i'm betting that it would be hard/expensive/impossible for me to rent a car nearby to take on the track that is actually fun. is that correct? how often do you go to these tracks? i would like to go as passenger if nothing else. if someone was to let me drive their car i wouldn't mind buying/bringing brake pads or something like that for them.

here are the local racetracks and where they are located and what you can run in the tracks, you can try googling that to be more specific:
Carmona Racing Circuit (Carmona, Cavite) - go kart, motorcycles
Batangas Racing Circuit (San Juan, Batangas) - cars, motorcycles, go kart (?)
Clark International Speedway (Clark, Pampanga) - cars (drift and track), motorcycles, go kart

do any of these tracks have rental go karts? or go kart schools/experiences you can take?

City Kart Racing (Circuit Makati, Makati) - go kart

there is a new one, Tarlac Racing Circuit (San Jose, Tarlac) but i havent been there and they said that the track is a bit small/narrow and suitable for go kart and motorcycles but they said you can run cars.. afaik, its the farthest as well compared to the ones i mentioned above

i found a kart place up there -

and youtube videos of the actual track but not too much else about it, looks like it just opened.

thanks, i'm on the page now! sounds like it might even be better to visit out of racing season (more open time to the public?) - i would be looking to go to makati for probably 4-6 weeks starting in january.
i also stumbled upon this place called boomland, but apparently it is done.

i also can't tell if this place still exists or not?

i also found a racing school

with lots of programs, although no prices. not sure exactly where events are held either.
