I just got off the phone with P & L and they are ready to purchase the software as well
But yeah - EcuTek doesn't have a USA guy anymore.
When Tactrix starting selling stuff there was no longer a market for EcuTek in the USA... so no more USA guy.
Emailing
sales@ecutek.com is the best thing to do. Chris or Merv will get back to you shortly.
They'll be open tomorrow so hopefully if you didn't get already get a response you'll get one soon.

Some of the real open source guys were hired by Cobb to fix things.
Bill from RomRaider works for cobb full time, and David (Tephra Mod) I believe works by contract with Cobb...
So all the EvoX (and subaru) stuff now is really really nice - They're off the shelf maps are simply awesome (evox)
But this took years to happen - EcuTek was the first to support the EvoX.
EcuTek is normally the first to release things... They could have been first with the GTR, but were concerned with certain things so they went back to R & D. It appears this has really payed off for them.
Basically if you come across two different software tuning options that are equal in capabilities then results are really up to the tuner.
But I'm glad your happy with your car - because that's all that really matters
