As the Colin Chapman quote I've had in my signature for years says, "any car which holds together for a whole race is too heavy." Once I make my first part, I'll have the mold forever. If the panel/part gets obliterated, I'll just whip up a new one real quick.
Are you going to make a mold using your OEM doors?
