It's supposed to be thermostatically controlled at 185. Yours never reaches 185 so it looks like the included thermostat is garbage.

Even in the afternoon at about 50-55 degrees F it took a decent amount of time to heat up.

Unfortunately I don't have a before and after, so I have no idea how long it would have taken to warm up as stock.
