I usually get a bunch of 1910s strongmen to push the back of my AT at the same time. When they all get in position, I yell "Launch Control" and they push at the same time. It is a pretty good system.
As for making your AT faster, get an OpenFlash Tablet and use Wayno's AT tune which has the fuel mapping and timing maps from the MT. (
