I'm glad you got it working in the end. I've been considering their 400CL system with the robust setting.
I wouldn't call it disappointing at all. Mistakes were made, but they were honest mistakes that were quickly remedied. This happens when more than one person is involved in carrying out the business of business. Also, the first replacement amp worked and sounded good, just tuned the sub amp to a lower gain level. The second worked too, but it still didn't compare to the first when the first worked right. The problem with the first one may have been a voltage problem that I corrected when I installed the second amp by soldering the wires coming from the battery rather than using the butt connectors. This may or may not have been the cause of the initial problems- I'll likely never know. They were super through the whole process, and quite frankly, I feel like they bent over backwards to get me a fantastic sounding factory looking car stereo. Im sorry to OEMAudio+ for this little write up sounding like anything other than high praise. Let me correct that right now: OEMAudio+ is a fantastic company! Their number one concern is customer satisfaction. Period! Daniel at OEMAudio is a stand-up guy and a class act! Have no reservations about doing business with them. I am confident that this is an isolated incident due to the attention and time they devoted to me. Buy with confidence! ***** 5 stars out of five! And any other great review type statements that I cannot think of, they earned them!
