There's an outside shoulder and an inside shoulder, the outside should be outside on all four corners.
Tread construction is asymmetrical, but carcass construction is symmetrical - you can flip it so the outside is now on the inside without losing much. The tread isn't directional so it doesn't really change wet handling much either.
