Check the meaty tire thread. It will rub. First post in the thread mentions 265/35-18's and how to fit them. Unless you have 300+ hp, 275's are overkill.

17x9
245 or 255 / 40 (unless another size is recommended)

I have/am:
1" drop (might go about .5" more later)
-1.5 F, -1 R Camber
SPC Bolts up front
SPC LCA in the rear

what would be the ideal offset?

My alignment shop said -1.5 was the most they could get out of the front (I trust them). I can get more in the rear but don't really want to with only -1.5 front.

Ive done the calculators but you see it says something will fit and someone on here says it rubs and what not... so yeah, what offset would be best for this drop and camber on 17x9.. thanks!
+35 or +40, some people also have +45 but some run a 3-5mm spacer. You can also run another camber bolt to add another degree or so of negative camber.

I'm lowered with 15mm that is about 0.6" with the JDM TRD adjustable spring kit.

18x8 ET 30 front and 18x8 ET 18 rear wrapped in 225/40/R18 tires

They could also deliver 18x8 ET 35 front and 18x8 ET 22 rear but that is A-disk.
same type of tires ofc.
I'm on stock brakes.

O-disk got more lip (deep dish), and A-disk is standard.

And I tried the calc, and i looks ok with the deep dish, but just want to ask, so I don't en up rubbing and destroying my tires :p
Cheers
You don't need brake clearance, so those sizes should fit fine. People also like square setups (same tire/wheel all around) so you can rotate tires. You could also run a spacer in the rear. +18 would be my choice. Maybe a couple mm of poke if at all, depending on camber.
