I hate people who drive without insurance, with a suspended license, or no license at all! I know someone who was caught without no insurance during a traffic stop and had to pay over 700 dollars in fines.

I'll take those tires, and wheels for scrap. Maybe keep them around as spares. I'll even take the spare tire and tools!
