When your rolling downhill or to a stop the momentum of car is used to turn engine over and the ecu shuts off fueling to save fuel so you will see afr go to high values like 20.
Looks like you still have some knock arroind 3000 to 3400 loads 0.8 to 1.1 , probavly what knocking your iam down.
and some 4800-5200 loads around 1

Yeah I was mainly concerned with the open loop AFR being in the mid 13s on a WOT pull, I haven't seen that much. Its usually like ~12.5 or lower.
Was wondering if there could be an issue there.
