Thanks for the writeup! Changed out my diff and transmission fluid using Motul 300. My transmission took 2.3 L and my rear differential took 1.1 L.
The new fluid feels thinner. I get more sensation through the shifter. Also makes the transmission less notchy when cold. When warm, it's not too much of a difference and I still get an occasional grind into 3rd/5th.
Haven't noticed a difference with the rear diff fluid, but will see after my next track day.
