You have just flashed anther stock map to the car. It is well documented about accelerator sensitivity after a flash as the ECU learns the TPS and pedal sensor. You can remove this by:
Turn car to accessory
Depress the pedal fully 5-10 times
Start the car. If you haven't already, let the car idle for ~1 min. If the car is already warm (preferred) then just wait until you see the exhaust AVCS start to change values in the log view.
If you do the above after any flash then you wn't have this issue.
