fika84 sent me a link to Shipnex.com which I had never heard of, but they come up with a price to a residential address to that 30144 zip code of $60 for the set of 4 tires as opposed the $110 quoted above.
So that's an option too perhaps. I don't know where there's a location near me though and apparently they restrict that until you actually create an account. Grr.
