If the leak is way past the 02 sensors it will not effect the 02 sensor reading.

Its generally only leaks at header gaskets or 02 sensors or cracked header that will effect readings or the connection to overpipe. Anything past overpipe is unlikely to effect reading.

The front 02 sensor is good enough for NA boosted you would definitely need wide-band due much richer afr under boost.

The oft tunes have rescaled the front 02 sensor to about 11.3 afr from memory. stock scaling is 12.1 i think.
