I would add that you should get a used oil analysis too. When the oil costs $100 a change the $25 that black stone charges can be worth alot. Also it can let you know if you have something unusual happening in the engine before it grenades.
I was changing more frequently than I needed to, UOA is saying 8-10 track days and 5K miles on my car with 300V 0w20 (and of course that is going to be different for different people! don't assume your oil will last the same as mine).
