Left foot braking? That has been known to confuse the stability control, but I haven't heard of it being an issue in a straight line.
If the rears lock first, it will squirm. Those are more dual-purpose pads than track pads.
How good are your home alignment skills? I would get that checked.

I think the rears are locking first if it's only happening when you really, really, really brake hard.
