I get what he's saying. He's saying if you're shooting for 300HP on E85, you can do it on the C30. If that's your end goal, then the C30 makes sense. Why leave extra boost on the table if you're not going to go for it?
Why stick a watermelon turbo on your 2JZ and hit 600HP when you can get the same from a hair dryer.
Now if the C38 is the same price as the C30 I guess you could get the C38 for future proofing.
