nope as long as no intake leaks or exhaust gasket leaks near 02 sensors. those will upset either MAF reading or 02 sensor readings. This can cause problems. If that K&N is oiled filter , sometimes oil can get on maf sensor if over oiled and cause issues, probably worth cleaning maf sensor.

It usually seen in logs as high fuel trims and large differences in commanded afr and actual afr.

I cannot remember off hand what the front o2 sensor is scaled to but I think its rich max is about 11.3 afr and your afr is flatlining which makes me think that it may actually be richer than 11.3 as the sensor has hit its limit.

This may be the issue, anyhow shiv is going to look at it I believe.

check out your LTFT if its 10% or more indicates problems like exhaust intake leaks dirty maf sensor ect. and your running at least 11.3 or richer when the OL fuel table is about 12.2 to 12.5 from memory.

That tune was actually intended for cat-less header , so the combination of catted header and other exhaust mods may also be contributing.
