Wranger can tow just fine, as long as it's a 4 door.

The 2 door wrangler has plenty of torque / power to the tow the car, but isn't rated for such as the wheel base is too short for speeds above like...45 MPH.

I've towed my Neons and MR2 using a tow dolley, behind a 2003 4.0L Ford Explorer, manual trans 2wd. Neon loads front wheels on the dolley, MR2, with the rear wheels on the dolley.

However, I probably wouldn't use it to tow my FR-S, but if I did I'd definitely try to tow it with the rear wheels up, dragging the front wheels avoiding any potential driveline issues.
