Although a few people seem to have the fog issue it sounds like yours may be an extreme case. Since the car is used you may want to check (or have the dealer check) the AC drain to make sure it isn't plugged. My window fogs a bit but stays clear once the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature.

As far as the dip goes it is possible that the previous owner did not have the service bulletin work completed so ya take it in.
