I'm assuming it is quieter than the stock FP. If I were to go with a catless header, would anyone think that buying the ultra quiet front pipe would make up for the loss of the cat in the header (as far as volume is concerned)? Would the whole setup be louder or quieter than what I have now?

I have the "ultra quiet" fp on my car, along with a tomei uel header, tomei overpipe, and jdl dual exit catback. I love the sound of this combo. It has a deep rumble, it's loud and mean when you want it to be, but it can still be reasonable when driving normally. There is also no rasp and little to no drone, as far as I can tell.
As far as the "ultra quiet" fp goes, it seems like it does a good job of providing extra muffling when compared to other aftermarket front pipes with either a single cat or resonator. Though I can't say exactly how much of a difference it made because my jdl catback has a 22" resonator and large muffler, which are undoubtedly responsible for a good deal of muffling themselves. As mentioned above, a stock cat will always be a bit quieter than a high flow cat (at the expense of some flow, of course), though the additional straight through resonator helps compensate for this.
I plan to record a video of my setup, though I haven't gotten around to it, yet... I'll try to get one up soon.
