Dang that's crazy. Are you on coilovers or stock struts? Secondly if you have coilovers, did it come with shorten end links for your sway bar up front?
At full lock, non of my wheels or tires contact the front sway bar. This is while sitting on the alignment rack with full weight of the car set on the wheels/tires. Could it be possible that when unloaded, the geometry of the wheel fitment has an impact on your sway bar.
