You should need barely anymore cans for P100 over 98.
If you get about 9L/100km for 98 you'll get about 10L/100km for P100. It's E85 that shoots it up to about 13L/100km.
Incidentally price is like this:
98 - 9L/100km @ $1.52/L = $13.70/100km
P100 - 10L/100km @ $1.47/L = $14.70/100km = +$1.00/100km over 98
E85 - 13L/100km @ $1.25/L = $16.20/100km = +$1.50/100km over P100
