I dunno man. If you said vortech sc then they nudged your correctly to get 3" piping. As far as buying a header, replacing the primary cat and increasing the pipe diameter sized closest to the engine... What did you think was going to happen to the volume? If you want to fix the problem put your stock cat back on or get the q300.
