It actually sounded really nice before the header, I was quite happy with it, but after the header it really is obnoxious. Of course it doesn't help that I'm so giddy from the performance gain that I'm driving it WOT from stoplight to stoplight.
I wish the sales team at Vishnu would have told me these things when I asked for advise prior to purchase. They nudged me towards the 3" because I was considering the vortec sc in the near future.
